What tobring

  • Water bottles: We promote ESG and will provide water stations at various points within the main conference area. Bring along a water bottle to refill.
  • Umbrella: The month of May is characterised by rainfall in Ghana. Bring along an umbrella for the rainy days.
  • Beach sandals/slippers: Participants who wish to participate in the beach rave are encouraged to bring along beach friendly footwear and attire.

What towear

  • Conference days: The recommended dress code for the conference gathering is business casual and traditional wear.

    Dinner gala: Black tie or cocktail attire.

Catering

  • Coffee and tea stations will be provided at designated points within the conference area.
  • Small bites and beverages will be provided during coffee breaks.
  • Participants can purchase their own lunch meals from the food court available at the conference venue.
